Frank + Oak

I’m en route from Toronto (the SiX ) to Montreal!

I have always had a personal connection with the city. Maybe it’s the gastronomic food scene, the juxtaposition of old and new architecture, trendy fashion or perhaps the kind-hearted people… the list goes on. There’s something about this city that continues to drive me back regardless of the number of times I have visited before. I mean it’s the closest I’ll get to Paris temporarily so why not make the most of it?

Frank and Oak launched a new campaign that allows you to get your “First Look” of choice for $50.00. They created a look that specifically tailors to every city that they have a store in across North America. Whether you’re in New York, Toronto, Montreal or any other location, you can grab the look without actually having to travel to the city! I chose this as the perfect opportunity to pick the “Toronto” look and travel with it to where the company launched: Montreal.

There’s absolutely no doubt that the “Toronto” look resembles my style (reppin’ the six, OT OT). If you’ve spent time with me, you’ll instantly know that black is a staple in my closet. Through my career in the dance and hospitality industry, I have built up a closet filled with predominantly black to dark colored clothes. It’s a versatile neutral color that can be dressed up with layers and accessories or dressed down with a pair of ripped denims, t-shirt and sneakers. Also, let’s be honest… Black makes everyone look good!

What I’m wearing:

Frank + Oak Lincoln Twill Pant in true black, Frank + Oak Crewneck Pocket T-Shirt in black accessorized with Converse high tops, Caravelle watch (similar), Zara Duffle.

Stay tuned for more of my travel diaries in Montreal.

Till then… Au Revoir! (ha! who am i?)
